By accessing or using the Arms WRX website, products, and services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from ARMSWRX. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and will comply with all applicable laws.
3. Products & Compliance
ARMSWRX designs and sells firearm accessories only (no firearms or ammunition). You are responsible for ensuring that purchase, possession, and use of our products comply with your local, state, and federal laws.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount. Orders may be canceled or limited at our discretion (including suspected fraud or incorrect pricing).
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery by the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Defective or damaged items reported within 7 days will be replaced or refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. See our full Return Policy at [/return-policy] for details.
7. Limited Warranty; Disclaimer
ARMSWRX products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from delivery. This warranty excludes misuse, improper installation, modification, and normal wear. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. User Content & Reviews
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant ARMSWRX a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
